Hypothermia prevention program 2009-2010

Volunteers of America in Bailey's Crossroads Community Shelter Hyporthermia Prevention Program provided services to 401 homeless men and women from their Bailey’s Crossroads Community Shelter and other Faith Base locations in 2008-2009.
This year they are expecting the numbers to go up and they need the help of the Community to assist with the people most venerable to the outside elements our homeless populations here in Fairfax County.

2009 shelter dinners schedule

2009 shelter dinners have been scheduled. We will be preparing dinner every 4th Saturday of the month for the year 2009! Happy New Year everyone and thank you so much for your extraordinary work in 2008!

Baileys Cross Road Shelter Dinner 12.26.2009

We will be serving approximately 150+ shelter residents for the hypothermia program from December through March.
This is a Dast2Dast organized event to prepare and serve meals at the Bailey's Cross Road Shelter. We need volunteers to prepare meals and/or serve.
